Princess Beatrice Says "It Was an Honor" to Wear Queen Elizabeth's Wedding Dress on Her Wedding Day We also recently learned about the special gift Beatrice's new husband gave her. Princess Beatrice had a unique royal wedding—a surprise, socially-distanced ceremony, attended only by a small group of guests—and a unique wedding dress to go with it: a vintage Norman Hartnell bridal gown on loan from none other than Beatrice's grandmother, Queen Elizabeth. As is customary after the royals' weddings, the Princess's gown is now on display at one of the palaces, and she thinks her fans should see it.
